Escape to Paradise will not appraise the value or rental price of your timeshare property.  You, the owner, will decide the selling or rental price.  Escape to Paradise can only advise you what the new ones are selling for.

Escape to Paradise will not commit to any timeframe in which your timeshare will be sold or rented.  Because we are strictly a marketing program, we cannot provide statistics of the percentage of sales or rentals.
